In Appreciation:  Edward A. Cleary

Edward A. Cleary served as Chairman of the Authority from its inception in 1974 until his retirement in 1999.

As Butler’s representative, during that 25 year span Mr. Cleary led the Authority through a regulatory morrass
to the realization of PRBRSA’s core mission – lasting protection of the Pequannock River.

His leadership and vision are gratefully acknowledged here.
